Refund Policy:


Programs and Events

Tickets to all Iron Arrow programs are nontransferable and nonrefundable except if due to unforeseen circumstances or events or in the event of extenuating circumstances. In such case that an Iron Arrow program is canceled or postponed due to unforeseen circumstances, Iron Arrow will contact guests with refund or exchange procedure information no later than 10 working days after the scheduled program or event. Individual requests for a refund by an individual or corporate entity due to extenuating circumstances will be evaluated if the request is received no later than 10 working days after the event. After that date no refunds will be granted.

Merchandise

Merchandise is sold with the stipulation that it be purchased, used or worn only by members of Iron Arrow. Orders submitted by non-members will be cancelled and payment refunded. Members’ refund or exchange requests will be evaluated on an individual basis, and must be submitted no later than 30 working days after the order is shipped, delivered or picked up.

Annual Dues

Payment of annual membership dues is nonrefundable and nontransferable.

Privacy Policy

Iron Arrow is committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. All information by which you can be identified when using this website will only be used in accordance with this privacy statement.

Information Collection, Use, and Sharing

Iron Arrow is the sole owner of the information collected on this site. We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contact from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone.
We will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request, e.g. to ship an order.

Security

Iron Arrow takes precautions to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and offline.
Any collection of sensitive information (such as credit card data), is encrypted and transmitted in a secure way. You can verify this by looking for a closed lock icon at the bottom of your web browser, or looking for "https" at the beginning of the address of the web page.
In addition to the use of encryption to protect sensitive information transmitted online, Iron Arrow also protects your information offline. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, billing or customer service) are granted access to personally identifiable information. The computers/servers in which we store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment.

Orders

We request information from you on our order form. To buy from us, you must provide contact information (like name and shipping address) and financial information (like credit card number, expiration date). This information is used for billing purposes and to fill your orders. If we have trouble processing an order, we'll use this information to contact you.
